Some considerations for home owner with false ceiling:
In our many cases, we have encountered a few problems that home owners tend to not consider in their first installation and that is the opening of the false ceiling. The opening of the false ceiling should allow you to have access to your water heater in the event that your water heater tank leaks. There should be a isolated valve controlling the cold water going into the tank. The box out (man hole) to work with should be located near the tank and of a size that allows for the tank to be removed without cutting open the entire false ceiling.
